Are gutBFF's products gluten-free?

gutBFF does not contain any ingredients that inherently contain gluten such as wheat, barley, or rye. We use certified gluten-free, non-GMO oats. Additionally, we test every batch of products to ensure that we exceed FDA gluten-free standards.

What is Baobab?

Baobab is a natural, plant-based superfruit fiber.  This fiber acts as a prebiotic, meaning it nourishes the beneficial bacteria in your gut, helping them grow and stay strong.  A healthy balance of gut bacteria supports better digestion, reduced bloating, and even stronger immunity.

Is gutBFF vegan?

gutBFF is not vegan as it contains honey.

Does gutBFF contain dairy?

gutBFF does not contain dairy in any flavor.

Does gutBFF contain nuts?

Yes, all of our granolas contain tree nuts. The only flavor that contains peanuts is our Chocolate Peanut Butter granola.

Does gutBFF contain GMOs (genetically modified organisms)?

No. gutBFF has created a delicious and clean granola, and all of our ingredients are non-GMO. We source certified ingredients.

Order / Shipping

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally?

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

Do you offer returns / exchanges?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. Due to our strict food policies, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your product, let us know within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund at info@gutbff.com.

What is the shelf life on gutBFF products?

You should see a best by date on the back or bottom of your bag. The date after this is the expiration date. Read year/month/day.  For example, 2025/4/5 is April 4th, 2025. We recommend storing gutBFF in a cool, dry place and always making sure that the bag is zipped tightly each time after use to maximize freshness.

How quickly will I receive my order? 

We aim to pack and ship all orders within 48 hours from our warehouse. Once your products have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on its journey to you. Standard shipping may take 5-8 business days.

Can I cancel/change an order after I’ve placed it?

No, once an order is placed, you are not able to modify or cancel it. Please contact info@gutbff.com if you have any other questions.
