Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days.  During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing may take up to 3 business days.  We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

 

Shipping times

Our products sold on gutBFF.com are shipped directly from us to you.  We currently only ship to the lower 48 Continental United States.  Orders will typically arrive within 3-5 business days using standard shipping through our shipping partners.  Some orders may be delayed due to delays from our shipping partners.  

 

Returns, exchanges, cancellations

Due to our strict food safety policies, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of product.  Cancellations of orders are not accepted.  If your order was damaged in transit, or you received the wrong order, please reach out to our customer service at info@gutbff.com.
