Returns

Due to our strict food policies, we do not accept returns on products sold on gutbff.com.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@gutbff.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We do not provide exchanges for products ordered.  


Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your product and contact us at info@gutbff.com within 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days once the refund is processed by us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@gutbff.com.
